Coolum Beach SLSC
Keeping the beach safe requires a variety of volunteers with a huge range of skills, there are positions suitable for volunteers from 13 to 84 with a range of abilities. Coolum Beach SLSC encourages new members to consider joining our club as a volunteer all year round. We also invite existing volunteers to expand their skills throughout their time in lifesaving.
Coolum Beach SLSC run training courses throughout the year to train volunteers to carry out a variety of positions within Surf Lifesaving including lifesaver, first aid, radio operator, IRB driver and crewperson, water safety, and more.
All training at the Coolum Beach Surf Life Saving Club is conducted by volunteer members who are qualified in Training and/or Assessment, these members are coordinated by our Chief Training Officer.
