We are fortunate to have enthusiastic and knowledgeable coaches at Coolum Nippers who offer a full range of training opportunities for nippers of all skill levels, from absolute beginners through to State level competitors.

Available to all registered nippers and their parents, ideal for increased fitness and run stamina.
Available to U9 to U13 nippers who want to develop open water skills swimming skills and general fitness. Nippers must be able to continuously swim 100m freestyle to qualify for this training session.
Training from TBA.
This is not a learn to swim lesson. Each session will include technical and endurance components to assist nippers to improve current skill in the ocean and fitness levels.
Available U9 to U13 nippers who would like to develop their ocean skills. Sessions can involve all ocean activities including swim, boards, competition starts, running, etc.
Available to all registered nippers. Beach training focuses on sprinting, baton changes for relay running, and beach flag skills.

All nippers must arrive and be signed on 15 mins before every training session by a parent/guardian. All training sessions will start on time.
