Surf Boats
This Saturday our Surf Boat crews head down to the Gold Coast to compete in round two of the QLD Cup. While lady luck didn’t smile on all our crews in Coolum, we are hoping for some more deserved results at Broadbeach. Best of luck to the SOCs and Smilies Juniors this Saturday.

Jetts Coolum Classic Fun Run
Unfortunately, Mother Nature again put a stop to running the inaugural event last Saturday. While it was very disappointing to those who had entered to run and the many members who had offered their time to assist the Summer Surf Girl committee in running the event, Atlas Multisports have offered all those who registered the opportunity to still run in one of the Sunshine Coast Run series events. Kate Norman and her Jupiters Summer Surf Girl committee wish thank very much all of those involved and hope Mother Nature is kinder to the run next time.

General Meeting
This Saturday, 2nd February 2013 at 4:00pm, the Lifesaving Club are holding a General Meeting in the club room. All active Lifesaving Club members are welcome.
