Our senior nippers along without cadets and juniors competed at the Murphy Builders and Branch titles at Maroochydore on the weekend.
Great Results
Well done to our boys U12 beach relay team of Lachlan Saw, Josh Webber, Lachlan Andrews and Zac Atkinson who won their final. Charlie Jackson also qualified for entry in the State Flags championships along with Jake Renfrey.
Special mention to Kye Atkinson who made it to the grand final of the U15 Mens Board Race. This age group had a very hot field of national competitors from clubs throughout Australia who made the long journey to compete in this carnival which is one of the biggest and most popular in Australia.
The balance of the water events are being held at Dicky beach this weekend.

Our Surf Boat rowers also competed at Maroochydore in round 1 of the QLD Cup. Full results from the Maroochy carnival weren’t available at the time of writing but will be published next week.
