Coolum Beach competed in the Qld Endurance Titles on last Saturday (3^rd Oct).
The club was represented in all events on the Day being the swim, board, ski and run.

Our four competitors are returned great results as below.

• Ian Norman (60-64M) 3^rd 1 km swim.
• Andrew Saw (50-54 M) 4^th 2 km swim, 5^th in board paddle, 1^st 4 km beach run.
• Jodie Waring (45-49 F) 4^th 2 km swim, 2^nd 2 km board paddle, 3^rd 4 km beach run.
• Greg Bott (60-64) 5^th 1 km swim, 3^rd 2 km board paddle, 4^th 6 km ski paddle, 2^nd 2 km beach run.

It was a great day with good company and a well-run carnival. This was one of the best carnivals I have been to. A notable highlight of the day was Ian Norman beating Grant Kennedy in the 1k swim. With the efforts on the day Coolum Beach club came 12 out of 24 competing clubs.
