It was great to see the IRB crews back in training on Saturday morning honing their skills ahead of their upcoming competition season. IRB coach Chris Smithies put the team through their (COVID Safe) paces in perfect winter conditions. Alastair McGregor, Jason Brown, Ben Campbell, Caleb Thomas and Brodie Pieters had a great hit-out and are looking forward to the first round of 2020 IRB Season for Sunshine Coast Teams on August 1st at Met Caloundra. A reminder that the team are always looking for new members to join - male and female with age no barrier.
